David Knight Interviews Dwight Mitchell the founder of Family Preservation Foundation and the parental rights group "Stop CPS From Legally Kidnapping Children".

A Minnesota association of over 5,000 parents who are suing the State of Minnesota in federal court over statutes the associations feels are unconstitutional, vague, overbroad and not narrowly defined to justify the unnecessary removal of children from the family home and custody of their parents.
