The video educates the viewer on their legal rights during a CPS (Child Protection Services) investigation. You have the same rights that you would have if you were being interrogated by a police officer investigating a crime no matter what the CPS worker says. Even though the dependency process is civil in nature, the same fundamental rights are at stake.
